Reginette 16 oz

Our Reginette is made with eggs raised on pasture from our very own DSB Farms as well as pureed fresh fennel.   Reginette, meaning little queens, is another name for Mafaldine.  We call it Reginette when we cut the pasta roughly 1 inch in length.  This will be a great way to add some new excitement to our pomodoro sauce. 

Made with organic semolina.  1lb. Package serves 4-5
